- toilet hat: place inside the toilet under the lid to catch blood
- metal sieve: can be placed over top of toilet hat, under the lid, to catch larger clots/baby
- 5 disposable blue pads: avoid blood on your furniture/car
- peri bottle: fill with tap water and use to examine clots/baby/placenta
- saline solution: pour into the included plastic container
- plastic container: place in fridge to preserve baby/placenta until burial
- 2 adult diapers: miscarriages are often accompanied by a lot of bleeding
- 3 electrolyte packs: during labour and postpartum, it’s always very important to keep electrolytes balanced to avoid complications such as exhaustion and hemorrhagic shock
- Postpartum Healing Bath: will promote healing of mind, body and spirit
